The Mediterranean Gold Rub is ideal for a Mediterranean taste to every barbecue ingredient. Many refined aromas such as turmeric, which gives the rub a golden yellow color. Goes well with light meat (chicken, poultry), fine pieces of fish (tuna or salmon) and of course grilled vegetables.
