Recipe for 2 round Pizzas
Necessities: 500g pizza flour, 7g yeast (1 sachet), 300ml water at room temperature, 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, 10–15g salt, toppings of your choice (f.e. tomato passata, ham and/or salami slices, mushrooms, onion, paprika, grated cheese, tuna)
Instructions:
1. Mix the flour and yeast in a bowl. Gradually add the water, olive oil, and salt while stirring with a fork. 
2. Then knead the dough by hand for a few minutes until it becomes smooth, elastic, and homogeneous. If the dough is sticky, lightly grease your hands with a bit of oil.
3.Shape the dough into a ball and let it rise in a warm place, covered with a damp cloth or plastic wrap. Allow it to rise until it doubles in size - for at least 1 hour and 30 minutes.
4. Divide the dough into two portions and roll them out onto two round baking trays, greased with oil or lined with parchment paper.
5. Cover again and let rest for 30 minutes.
6.Add your desired toppings and bake in a preheated oven at 200–220°C for 15–20 minutes. Baking time may vary depending on your oven’s power.
