This rub is described as a bit eccentric. Due to the large amount of black and white pepper, the Essential Elements do especially well on a steak. The coriander seed and a mix of celery, garlic, onion and other dried vegetables makes this spice blend different from others and suitable for considerable experimentation: for example on a salmon steak.
