These cherry smoke chunks give a subtle sweet flavour to poultry and pork. The chunks are made from 100% European beach wood without additives. Only use the chunks in a charcoal or a coal barbecue.
How to use: place one or more chunks between the hot coals and let them gradually smolder while you barbecue. Make sure there is smoke in the barbecue before putting your food on the grill to achieve the best results. Do not place the food directly above the wood chunks.
