This spice mix is actually a pepper mix plus. Half black pepper, supplemented with 50/50 juniper and coriander seed. Very intense flavor for hearty (barbecue) dishes. This pepper mix with an exotic aroma is an upgrade of the black pepper in the kitchen. Thanks to its luxurious appearance, the stainless steel mill is a feast for the eyes on the table. A perfect combination with the Weber Coarse Herbal Salt and therefore also available in a stainless steel mill as a set.
