This spice mix is actually a pepper mix plus. Half black pepper, supplemented with 50/50 juniper and coriander seed. Very intense flavor for hearty (barbecue) dishes. This pepper mix with an exotic aroma is an upgrade of the black pepper in the kitchen. A perfect combination with the Weber Coarse Herbal Salt, therefore also available as a set.
