Ingredients:
Mix for pizza dough: soft wheat flour type 00, 1,5% natural dry yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisae, emulsifier: E491), natural wheat leaven.
This product may contain traces of soya and mustard.
Tomato sauce: tomatoes, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid.
Origin tomatoes: Italy.
Pizza seasoning: salt, spices (bell pepper powder, chilli, pepper), herbs (14% oregano, garlic, 5% thyme), vegetables (bell pepper flakes).
