Spray them occasionally with water or a mixture of apple juice, apple cider vinegar and whiskey. The ribs are ready for the next step when the rub has set nicely and the meat has developed a deep colour.\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003e\u003cspan style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e5. Wrap them up\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003ePlace a sheet of aluminium foil on your work surface. Spread 1½ tablespoons of Smokey Goodness Rib Bath onto the foil in an area roughly the size of the rack of ribs. Place the ribs, bone side up, onto the Rib Bath. Spread another 1½ tablespoons of Rib Bath over the bone side. Carefully fold the foil closed,\u0026nbsp;\u003cbr\u003eensuring the bones do not puncture the foil. Return the wrapped ribs to the BBQ with the bone side facing up.\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003e\u003cspan style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e6.
